How do I use a discount code or gift card?

Discount codes and gift cards may be applied on the checkout page. In the box labeled 'Discount Code or Gift Card' enter in a valid discount code or gift card number. Click 'Apply'. If the code is valid and/or the gift card has value, you will see the discount applied and reflected in your cart total. If additional payment is needed, please provide further payment before your order can be confirmed and processed. 

What do I do if I can't find my digital gift card or store credit?

Be sure to check all email folders - it may be tucked away in your spam, junk, trash. If you are still having trouble, please contact us and we'll be happy to resend it!

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

When we receive your order, we start working on it right away. However, you do have a 12 hours to cancel or make changes to your order, provided no items in the order have started processing. 

How do I make a return?

We offer refunds with 14 days of delivery or store credit within 30 days of original order date. Click Start A Return link to get started! Once your return is received and approved, we will process your request and issue a refund or store credit.

How do I make an exchange?

Visit our Returns Portal to make select, free and even exchanges. Once our warehouse has received and processed your original order, your exchange will be processed. If any items are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will issue your balance via store credit so you can find something else you love!

What if my order has shipped, but has not arrived?

Please check the tracking information for the latest updates on your package's whereabouts. If there hasn't been any update after 7 days via standard shipping, please reach out to the carrier directly. We can not see anything further than what's listed via the tracking information. 

If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not located it, please check the surrounding areas and allow two business days from the 'delivery date' in case the carrier is running behind. Occasionally, packages will be scanned 'delivered' before the true delivery occurs.

Do you have a physical retail store I could visit?

We do not have a physical retail store. Our pop-up showroom travels to numerous horse shows across the nation - catch us in a city near you to shop with us IRL!
