Orders, Returns + Exchanges
Within 14 days from the delivery date, you can receive a full refund to the original method of payment. Within 30 days of order date, you can exchange your item or return for store credit on a digital gift card. After 30 days, we can no longer accept returns.
We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation which includes your order number, items purchased and order total.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping, taxes & duties. Your store credit will reflect your original item balance minus the cost of return shipping automatically deducted. A pre-paid label will be provided via the returns link portal. If you'd prefer to ship back your items on your own, feel free and your store credit will reflect the balance accordingly. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
FOR ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- Items must not be used, unopened & in original packing.
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- You must present a valid order confirmation.
Some items are final-sale and will be listed as such in the description on the product page. Wallpaper will only be honored within our policies if unopened and in the original sealed packaging. Some items are not eligible for direct-exchange and will be returned to store credit. You may then place a new order using your store credit for the item you wish to exchange.
Please package a returned item with care. If damages occur in return transit, you are liable for all damage costs and may be subject to not receiving a refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?
Once your return item(s) are received, reviewed and approved by our team, your return request will be processed. Expect a refund to your original payment method OR emailed digital gift card within 3-6 business days. Confirmation will be sent to your email on file. We appreciate your patience while we work quickly to process your request.

If you are planning on returning your order in-person at our Scottsdale office, please bring the item(s) along with your order number to our front desk. A member of our team will be there to assist you!
CANCELLATIONS
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you have placed your order, you have 12 hours to cancel it (provided no items in the order have started processing). Please note that this will cancel your entire order. Pre-order items are not eligible to be cancelled outside of this 12 hour window, regardless of estimated pre-order ship date.
PICK-UP ORDERS
We offer pick-up at our office location in Scottsdale, Arizona only. You'll be notified via email once your order is ready for pick-up. Please visit our office at your earliest convenience during our open hours listed below. If your order is not picked up within 7 days of purchase, it will cancelled and refunded to your original form of payment.
