Orders, Returns + Exchanges

WE ONLY OFFER RETURNS TO STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. 

We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation which includes your order number, items purchased and order total.

YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER DATE TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

After 30 days, we are unable to issue store credit or offer an exchange. Our policy honors returns only on new, unused items.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping, taxes & duties. Your store credit will reflect your returned balance minus the cost of return shipping, automatically deducted. If you'd prefer to ship back your items on your own, feel free and your store credit will be the original amount of the items.

Please package a returned item with care. If damages occur in return transit, customers are liable for all damage costs and may be subject to not receiving a return refund.

Because we only offer returns to store credit, we hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases. Feel free to reach out with any questions on an item, we will be happy to accommodate. Store Credit never expires! We get new items weekly and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out.

Some items are not eligible for return and will be listed as final-sale in the description on the product page. Some items are not eligible for direct-exchange and will be returned to store credit. You may then place a new order using your store credit for the item you wish to exchange.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-6 business days once your return is received, reviewed and approved by our team. We appreciate your patience while we work quickly to process your request.

If you are planning on returning your order in-person at our Scottsdale office, please bring the item(s) along with your order number to our front desk. A member of our team will be there to assist you!

 

CANCELLATIONS 

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you have placed your order, you have 12 hours to cancel it (provided no items in the order have started processing). Please note that this will cancel your entire order. Pre-order items are not eligible to be cancelled outside of this 12 hour window, regardless of estimated pre-order ship date. 

 

PICK-UP ORDERS 

We offer pick-up at our office location in Scottsdale, Arizona only. You'll be notified via email once your order is ready for pick-up. Please visit our office at your earliest convenience during our open hours listed below. If your order is not picked up within 7 days of purchase, it will cancelled and refunded to your original form of payment.
