Frequently Asked Questions

How do I use a discount code or gift card?

Discount codes and gift cards may be applied at the checkout stage. In the box labeled "Discount code or gift card" enter in the discount code or gift card number. Next, click "apply". If the code is valid and/or the gift card has value, you will see the discount applied before payment.

What do I do if I can't find my digital gift card or emailed store credit?

It may be tucked away in your email spam folder. Be sure to check all email folders. If you are still having trouble, contact us.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

When we receive your order, we start working on it right away. However, you do have a short window to cancel or make changes to your order before it begins processing. Please reach out to us by phone or email. 

How do I make a return?

Use the Start A Return link to generate and print a return label. Enter the order number and shipping zip code that was used to place the order. Once the return is received by us, we will issue a credit in the form of a digital gift card.

How do I make an exchange?

Visit our online returns portal to make free even exchanges. Once our warehouse has received and processed your original order, your exchange will begin processing. If any items are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will issue a credit in the form of a digital gift card. 

What if my order has shipped, but has not arrived?

Please check the tracking information for the latest updates on your package's whereabouts. If there haven't been any new events after 7 days for standard shipping, of if your expedited shipping has missed the expected delivery date, please contact us.

If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not located it, please check the surrounding areas and allow two business days from the "delivery date" in case the carrier is running behind. Occasionally, packages will be scanned ahead "delivered" before the true delivery.

Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.

Do you have a physical retail store I could visit?

We do not currently have a physical retail store. Our pop-up store travels to numerous horse shows across the nation. Catch us in a city near you to shop with us IRL!
