Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process plus additional shipping time based on your delivery selection at checkout. Approximate shipping time selected at checkout does not include processing time. Once an order leaves our warehouse, it's up to the mail carrier to deliver successfully. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY will not be processed until Monday, as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sundays. We do not process on holidays.
PO BOX ADDRESS will not be shipped via UPS.
PREORDER ITEMS are not eligible for express shipping and will ship accordingly once fulfilled.
Shipping rate does not include duties, taxes or additional brokerage fees that may apply. Customer is responsible for paying all COD fees.
If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for all fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that international orders could take 6 - 8 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is completely out of our control.
For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
We do not provide a return shipping label as return international shipments are the customer’s responsibility. Stylish Equestrian is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement of compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Stylish Equestrian.
