    ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING

     

    We offer a number of shipping options to fit your needs.

    At checkout, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date for your order that will not include processing time. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process plus additional shipping time based on your delivery selection at checkout.

    Any "pre-order" and "made-to-order" items will have their estimated shipping times noted in their product descriptions and will be different than the estimated time shown at checkout. 

    ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. OUR WAREHOUSE IS CLOSED ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS. WE DO NOT PROCESS ON HOLIDAYS. 

     

    DELIVERY

     

    You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order to the email address provided. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

    Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is up to the mail carrier to deliver the package(s) successfully. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages upon delivery. 

    We honor the best solution for our guests to ensure a successful delivery and can make changes at our discretion. In some instances, outbound shipping selections may be different than originally selected at checkout. You will not be additionally charged for a delivery rate different than your original shipping fee. Shipping fees will also not be refunded if a parcel ships via a different carrier or carrier rate.

    Some parcels may ship via UPS SurePost, which combines UPS and USPS practices to best serve a delivery area. 

    Orders with a PO Box address will be sent via USPS. 

    A signature will be required upon delivery for orders over $500.00.

    Pre-order and made-to-order items are not eligible for express shipping and will ship via carrier at our discretion once fulfilled. 

     

    OFFICE PICK-UP

     

    Make your purchase online and select the "pick-up" option at checkout. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be notified that it is ready via email. Your order will be waiting for you at our reception desk!

    Please allow 1-2 days for processing after your order is placed. Pick-up orders can be collected from our Scottsdale office Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm local time.

     

     INTERNATIONAL

    Shipping rate does not include duties, taxes or additional fees that may apply. Customers are responsible for paying all COD fees. 

    If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for all fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that international orders could take 6 - 8 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is completely out of our control.

    For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.

    We do not provide a return shipping label as returned international shipments are the customer’s responsibility. Stylish Equestrian is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement of compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Stylish Equestrian.
