Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation which includes your order number, items purchased and order total.
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you have placed your order, you have 12 hours to cancel it (provided no items in the order have started processing). Please note that this will cancel your entire order.
WE ONLY OFFER RETURNS TO STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.
We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out with any questions on an item. Store Credit never expires. We get new items weekly and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not issue store credit. Our policy honors returns to store credit only on new, unused items. Customers are responsible for all return shipping, taxes & duties.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-6 business days once your returned item is delivered to our warehouse. We appreciate your patience while we work quickly to process your return.
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this to our best ability.
